We are able to provide a temporary password, then you can go into the self-service account maintenance tool on our website to set your preferred password. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive, must be at least six characters, and contain at least one number and one letter.

In order to verify product integrity and compliance with the return policy, all returns require prior authorization.Contact your account representative to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form and to discuss the merchandise you wish to return. Merchandise returned without an approved RGA Form will not receive credit.

The Drug Quality and Security Act (DQSA), was signed into law on November 27, 2013. Title II of DQSA, the DrugSupply Chain Security Act, outlines critical steps to build an electronic, interoperable system to identify and trace certain prescription drugs as they are distributed in the United States.
- enable verification of the legitimacy of the drug product identifier down to the package level;
- enhance detection and notification of illegitimate products in the drug supply chain; and
- facilitate more efficient recalls of drug products.
Drug manufacturers, wholesale drug distributors, repackagers, and many dispensers (primarily pharmacies) will be called on to work in cooperation with FDA to develop the new system over the next 10 years.
As an ‘authorized trading partner’, Capital Wholesale Drug Company is committed to maintaining full compliance with all regulations. Therefore, we provide our customers with on-demand access to complete traceability documentation (Transaction Information, Transaction History, and Transaction Statement) for all products shipped. Capital can also provide electronic transmission of the traceability information to the customer or its designated third-party partner. We comply with all licensure and other reporting requirements.
The customer is responsible for retaining the traceability information unless the customer has a signed agreement with Capital Wholesale Drug Company to store this information on the customer’s behalf.
